Dad

As some of you know, Dad is on his way home (well,to Washington DC at least) today due to a very broken foot he got in Afghanistan last week. He flew to Germany (8 hours on a stretcher from his base to the base in Germany) on Friday/Saturday and stayed there this weekend. The doctor in Germany decided to send him to Andrews Air Force Base in Washington , DC for the surgery. He will take another horrible trip on a stretcher stacked up the the ceiling in a cargo plane with tons of others tonight/tomorrow. It was a big scare to get this message but eventually after the initial shock, I was able to bring it together and realize that he is ok and things could have been much worse! He is coming home a month earlier than scheduled so that is a good thing:-) Keep him in your prayers

Holy crap!!

OK....So Joey walked by my classroom on Friday carrying this ENORMOUS pizza box from a party one of the classes had. I couldn't stop laughing...it was SO big! I asked him to leave it in my car so I could show Alli (someone who actually appreciates stupid stuff like this) so my day after school on Friday was enjoyable. I stopped by Alli's and had a good laugh:-) Because Alli couldn't find her camera (which is nothing new...no offense, Al..that's why we love you!) I told her I would take a couple and send them over to her. Any guesses on how big it actually is?
