Feeling independent...
I was fortunate enough to have another week of vacation after I returned home from New Hampshire. I was feeling pretty independent and was really excited about having a day to myself. I took a trip downtown and had lunch with Alli and then spent the afternoon at the aquarium...by myself! Go me! I really enjoyed myself too! PLUS, there was a Kumodo Dragon exhibit and if you know me....you'd know that I couldn't miss that. Even though I was without my partner in crime, Megan....it was still interesting:-)
I know that this is blurry so if you can't read it...this is what it says. Megan....I know some people think we're crazy, but look at this!

First of all, thanks for the shout-outs - I got really excited when I saw "Komodo" and then my name! Also, thanks for educating me - can I get CEUs for this? I'm very impressed that you went to the aquarium by yourself AND that you handled the komodos on your own too. Oh, I just checked out my KTA membership card, and it expired in March 2005 - that's almost two years ago. I guess it's a good thing the komodo population has remained relatively dormant, at least in the Shenandoah Valley here. Do you think I could get an updated card? Do I need to take a test or anything? I know this is the Internet, but I feel safe enouth to tell you that my membership number is 6392705015-A685026JM861VL-7153820. Please just let me know what I need to do to get a new card. Thanks.
