Friday- Rehearsal Dinner

After the rehearsal we all made our way through the monsoon going on outside to the Lodge for Athen's Pizza! Yummy!

Inky Newlin was so great! She took all the pictures at the dinner...saved us from thinking about it:-)

Our famous "handshake".

Mom was incredible! When Joey and I came to NH in June, she had made all these delicious cakes to choose from for our wedding day cake and Joey made the comment that all he really wanted was a Rice Crispy treat cake....and that's what we got!

She took a one step further and made them in the shape of bowling balls! Oh man, it was great!

We were crossing our fingers throughout dinner because we had bought a large amount of fireworks earlier in the week with the intention of setting them off after dinner (obviously wouldn't work so well with the rain).

Dad took one step outside when we were done with dinner and gifts and made the very exciting announcement that it was completely clear! Dad and Nick set off the fireworks for us and everything was perfect!

This is a pretty dark picture but it was the best one that actually showed fireworks. They were beautiful!I had a little extra fun with the clean-up process by bringing "The Gator" around:-)
